:: Ronald D. Jury

Ronald D. Jury has been the President of Jury & Associates since its inception. His carreer started in 1979 as an individual and progressed into property management with a major real estate firm in Kansas City through 1986. In 1987 he formed Jury & Associates to assist in the explosion of third party management due to the collapse of many financial institutions and the start-up of the Resolution Trust Corporation. He has been involved in Property Management, Commecial Leasing, Investment Brokerage, Development, Real Estate Tax Appeal, Consulting and Construction Management.

Jury has been directly involved with overseeing eight million square feet of office buildings, industrial and shopping centers throughout Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Texas over the last 25 years. He has worked with banks, insurance companies, financial institutions, individual developers, local state and federal government agencies and corporations.

In 1986 jury was elected to the National Educations Faculty of the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is the past President of the Kansas City Institute of Real Estate Management in 1992; and received the Realtor of the Year in 1992 and the Property Manager of the Year in 1993.

He has also been a board member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Board of Realtors and involved in the writing and the revisions of the current property management laws for the State of Missouri, Kansas City, a Certified Property Manager and a Certified Commecial Investment Manager designation.

Jury also oversees two additional companies, J-T Maintenance and JTHD. J-T Maintenance, Inc. is a full-service maintenance company to provide maintenance to the properties managed by Jury & Associates. JTHD is a full-service management company to provide management of subsidized government properties. Currently JTHD was awarded a five (5) year contract to manage approximately 225 scattered housing sites and a 232-unit apartment complex, Riverview Gardens for the Housing Authority of Kansas City, Missouri.

Jury is also the managing member or partner in several limited liability corporations and general partnerships in which he owns office buildings, apartments and the President Hotel.

Brad Wellendorf has been in Property Management and Facilities Managements since 1989. He became a part of the Jury & Associates' team in early 1999. Brad is directly responsible for Property Management of aproximately 400,000 square feet in 13 separate commercial office buildings as well as over 300 apartment units in multiple locations. Included in his duties are preparing budgets, estimates, service contracts, schedules of subcontractors, as well as overseeing building services and maintenance.

Brad held a position with Trammell Crow Company working on the NationsBank account from June 1997 to January 1999 as a Facilities Manager. He was responsible to oversee building services, maintenance, office reconfiguration, and modifications for 450,000 square feet of owned and leased property in 40 separate locations across Missouri and Kansas. He also was an active participant in the contract expansion opportunities of MBE/WBE (minority owned and woman owned businesses) within his region.

From September 1995 to June 1997 Brad held a position with United HealthCare of the Midlands as a Facilities Manager and Manager of Administrative Services.

While at UHC, he was directly responsible to develop and maintain a $ 2.5 million dollar budget for and office expansion and relocation project. He oversaw office reconfiguration, maintenance, and modifications for 85,000 square feet of leased space in five different locations. As the Manager of Administrative Services, he was responsible for purchasing, mailroom operations, print services, and furniture acquisitions, serving over 220 employees.

He holds a Missouri and Kansas real estate sales license and is working toward his Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Business Owners and Managers Institute (BOMA).

Brad has earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from Bellevue University in Omaha, Nebraska. The National Dean´s List has recognized him for his high standards of academic excellence, community leadership and positive performance.

Personal Profile

Todd Welhoelter has been involved in brokerage and property management with Jury & Associates since 1991. He holds a Missouri and Kansas real estate sales license and is a candidate member of the CCIM Institute pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.

Todd`s primary focus is investment property sales and office space leasing. He has succesfully completed sales and leasing transactions in excess of fifty million dollars. His experience includes analyzing property operations and market conditions to recommend sale prices and lease rates, preparing marketing materials,targeting and contacting prospects, presenting proposals, and negotiating sale and lease contracts.

Todd`s management experience includes overseeing a portfolio of office and apartment properties with direct responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the properties, including preparing and implementing operating budgets, hiring, training and supervising on-site managers, negotiating service contracts, accounting coordination, general and sub-contractor bid comparisons and selection, and tenant improvement coordination.

Todd holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree from Rockhurst College and a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Southwest Missouri State University. He is a member of the Kansas City Regional Board of Realtors and the Kansas City CCIM Chapter.

:: Craig Kolasa

Engineer

Craig Kolasa has headed the JT Maintenance staff since 1988. He has been responsible for the growth and expansion of the company´s business and its´overall quality. He has trained all maintenance personnel in their duties in both residential and commercial properties.

Mr. Kolasa directly oversees all hiring and administration of the maintenance staff of JT Maintenance. Craig holds his HVAC certificate, Type I and is skilled in electrical, plumbing, roofing, carpentry and appliance repair.
